Love is in the air between Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees. However, he also received love today from one of his own opponents.
The New York Yankees and Aaron Judge got just enough of Marcus Stroman today to earn them the win. And with Judge launching his 52nd home run of his rookie season, you’d figure there would be some bad blood between Judge and Stroman.
However, the Toronto Blue Jays pitcher just proved that even though they may be enemies when they’re playing against each other, the admiration can still be there.
Even though Stroman gave up a monster shot to Judge today, he still took the time to respect what he’s done. And the feeling is mutual, as Judge crafted his own response via social media.
Aww, Judge and Stro! Perhaps a new duo! And there have been rumors in the past that the Yankees were seeking out Stroman so imagine if these two buds were on the same team?
We wouldn’t see any more battles but we would see two dominant players crushing the competition. And that would be a lot of fun.

I’ve never been a huge fan of the Blue Jays but Stroman is one classy guy. I’m also glad to see that some rivalries are built on respect and not jealousy.
Sorry we won’t see you in the playoffs, Stroman. But at least we know Judge has a fan in you!
