The troubles for the New York Jets this season aren’t limited to their on-field play.

Former New York Jets linebacker Erin Henderson is suing the team for wrongful termination and disability discrimination, according to Josh Alper of NBC Sports. Henderson was placed on the non-football injury list last October due to side effects from a medication called Seroquel, which was prescribed by the team for his bipolar disorder.

The team claimed he was not fit to play, and Henderson claims that he was sleepy due to side effects, which caused him to attend meetings late and act groggy during them. The team did not comment, although according to Alper, they thought he was drunk at one point during a meeting.

Henderson has had a troubled history with alcohol and was released by the Minnesota Vikings in 2014 after a pair of DUI arrests.

The linebacker spent two seasons with the Jets, appearing in 21 games and starting four. All four of his starts came during the 2016 season. He recorded 50 tackles with the green and white, 35 of which were solo tackles.
