Brandon Marshall of the Denver Broncos had fun with New York Giants fans on Twitter after they tweeted the wrong Brandon Marshall.

When there are two athletes who play the same sports and have the same name it can be confusing. In the NFL, there are two guys named Brandon Marshall. One plays for the Denver Broncos, the other plays for the New York Giants, and the Broncos Marshall had some fun with Giants fans on Twitter.

The Giants Marshall didn’t have a good night against the Detroit Lions on Monday. He had just one catch for 17 yards Monday night and in the first two games of the season, he has just two catches for a combined 27 yards. Giants fans took their frustrations to Twitter, however, they tweeted at the wrong Brandon Marshall. They tweeted to the Broncos Brandon Marshall instead of the Giants Marshall.

Giants fans, how could you tweet the wrong Marshall? I mean, how could you not see that you were tweeting the wrong person? Just say oops and get out.

As you can see, other accounts also went in on making fun of the Giants fans.

By the way, the Broncos Marshall Twitter handle is @BMarshh54 and the Giants Marshall Twitter handle is @BMarshall. So Giants fans, no more tweeting the wrong Brandon Marshall because there are no more excuses for it and it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
