Oops. The New York Knicks have released their season-ticket promo with somebody mysteriously missing, Carmelo Anthony.

Eh, do we honestly really care that much?

So yeah, the New York Knicks released their season-ticket promo on Thursday with a nicely designed image promoting youth and future. And yeah, missing from the photo was Carmelo Anthony, the face of the franchise for the last seven seasons or so seasons.

Is really that big of a deal?

We have Kristaps Porzingis, Willy Hernangomez and first-round selection Frank Ntilikina donning the photo that prompts unsuspecting buyers with the brilliant tagline of “rise higher with a full plan.”

Get it, Spike?

Of course, mega signee Tim Hardaway Jr. wasn’t included in the photo either which leads most of us to believe this one was taken many months ago.

But no matter. The Melo era in New York failed with flying colors. I remember Patrick Ewing getting to the NBA Finals without one singular star aside him. We never asked Melo to get to the finals. I mean, come on, now. We simply asked for a .500 team.

It failed pre-Phil Jackson and during the Jax days. Once the man outlasted the two-time Knick champion, he decided New York was no longer for him.

Why exactly should he be involved with the season-ticket promo?
