The Brooklyn Nets announced the signings of Milton Doyle and Jeremy Senglin Friday afternoon. Both were featured on the Summer League team.

After impressive performances in the Summer League, these two guards will be given a shot to earn their own.

Michael Scotto of Basketball Insiders reports that Doyle’s contract is set to one-year, partially guaranteed. The details on Senglin’s deal are not yet released.

Both players are four-year graduates that went undrafted. Doyle out of Loyola University, and Senglin out of Weber State.

College career numbers for both guards:

Milton Doyle at 6-4 and 180 lbs, played 121 games throughout four years at Loyola. He averaged 13.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game.

Jeremy Senglin at 6-2 and 190 lbs, started 123 games with the Weber State Wildcats. He averaged 16.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists per contest.

These two signings will put the Nets roster at 16 total players. The team is allowed to have up to 20 on the roster entering camp.

Through four games in Las Vegas, Milton Doyle averaged 10.5 points and 3.5 rebounds, while Jeremy Senglin averaged 7 and 2.2.

Both guards will probably see most of their time this year in the G-League, with the Long Island Nets.

After acquiring both D’Angelo Russell and Allen Crabbe, their depth at the guard has reached its limit.

The Brooklyn Nets will play their first pre-season game against the New York Knicks on Tuesday, October 3rd.
