Washington Nationals stud Bryce Harper has an interesting thing to say about fans of the New York Mets and Atlanta Braves.

After the 2018 season, Bryce Harper will be the biggest name in free agency, but based on his recent comments regarding New York Mets and Atlanta Braves fans, he most likely will not be taking his talents to either one of those organizations.

According to Randy Miller of NJ.com Harper said “Mets fans are kind of rude. Braves fans are kind of rude. Phillies fans … not as bad.”

Funny that he said Phillies fans are not that bad. Philadelphia fans have been recognized as the worst fans base in sports.

Harper added to his comments stating, “Those are the (places) you hear the most about family members and things like that where you want to turn around and punch somebody in the mouth because of those reasons.”

I am sure Mets and Braves fans feel the same about Harper. It’s not like he is the most beloved athlete in sports. They probably enjoyed watching Hunter Strickland land a punch on him earlier this year.

Look for Harper to hear more boos and nasty comments from fans at Citi Field and Sun Trust Park after these latest comments.
