New York Yankees top prospect Clint Frazier blasted a solo home run in the seventh inning of his major league debut.

New York Yankees top prospect Clint Frazier has wasted no time in making his mark in the majors, homering in just his third career at-bat.

“Red Thunder” roped a solo home run to left field on Saturday night against the Astros left-hander Tony Sipp for his first career major league homer and second career hit.

The outfielder has been described by scouts in the minors as having “legendary bat speed” and devastating raw power, as well as having all of the tools necessary to be a five-tool star in the major leagues.

Frazier has certainly shown what he could do offensively in just his first career game, certainly a promising sign for an unsteady Yankees club moving forward.

The right-hander sported a .257/.345/.474 slash line with 12 home runs and 42 RBI’s in 73 games this year with the Yankees’ Triple-A affiliate Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.

Expect much more from the red-haired warrior now that he has gotten his first major league homer out of the way, he is only just getting started.
