Rondo was released by the Bulls after they traded Jimmy Butler and decided to go with a youth movement. It seems likely that Collison will walk away from the Kings.
Rondo and Collison were teammates on the Kings in 2015-16. Neither player is a starter in the league anymore, but the top players in free agency are gone now.
