With the New York Knicks looking for a new president, many have speculated that the former boss, Isiah Thomas, could return.

Fans have lived in fear that Isiah Thomas could return to the New York Knicks for quite some time. With the firing of Phil Jackson, many thought owner James Dolan, who is still high on Thomas, would give Thomas his old job back to the dismay of Knick fans.

It appears Knick fans have nothing to fear anymore as Thomas denied interest in the job on Twitter.

Thomas’ time as Knicks President and head coach was a tumultuous time for the franchise. The Knicks went 56-108 in two seasons with Thomas. Thomas was also accused of sexual harassment from a New York Knicks executive during his reign in New York.

Thomas currently is the president of the WNBA’s New York Liberty and is featured as an analyst on NBA TV.
