The NFL won’t punish former New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis for a street fight in Pittsburgh in February.

In case you were wondering what that noise was, it was former New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis breathing a sigh of relief.

According to Rich Cimini of ESPN, Revis won’t be disciplined by the NFL for an incident that happened in Pittsburgh in February.

In February, the cornerback was arrested for allegedly being involved in a street fight that left two men unconscious. He was charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault, one felony count each of robbery and conspiracy, and a misdemeanor count of terroristic threats.

In March, a Pittsburgh judge dismissed the charges against the former Jet. The Jets released him on Mar. 9 and still owe him $6 million, which is the final guaranteed portion of the contract he signed in 2015. Revis, who has been selected to the Pro Bowl seven times, is still a free agent and there might not be any teams that are interested in him.

“Have you seen his tape?” one general manager told the New York Daily News. “I wouldn’t let him play for me for free.”

It will be interesting to see what team Revis signs with if he ends up signing with a team.
