New York Yankees second baseman Starlin Castro put his clutch cap on tonight to tie the game in the ninth with a two-run home run.

New York Yankees second baseman Starlin Castro finished off quite the comeback on Friday night with a two-run home run in the ninth to tie it all up at 11.

The Yankees were down by as much as eight runs against the O’s, including being down by three heading into the ninth. Inching back closer and closer as the inning went by resulted in the bombers tying it all up in the ninth inning.

Castro took the first pitch he saw from Brad Brach, which was a 95 mph fastball and deposited it into left-field, falling down to a knee in the mean time.

This home run came out to be the right-hander’s fifth on the season and continues his hot streak as one of the Yankees’ most feared hitters in what has become a lineup filled with depth.

Hopefully for the Yankees, they are able to finish off the comeback in their favor and complete what would be a monumental accomplishment for this ball club.
