Riding the high of a six-game winning streak, the New York Yankees have more than these victories to cheer about.

The New York Yankees have taken the league by storm after a dismal 1-4 start. However, the biggest thing to cheer about on the team is perhaps one of their relief pitchers.

No, not Aroldis Chapman or Dellin Betances. Instead, the bullpen dominance has come from an unlikely source.

Starter-turned-reliever Adam Warren is proving his worth in the middle of the game. While he pitched well last season, so far he has been dominant in this young season.

Along with those twenty batters in eight appearances, he has not allowed any walks and has struck out eight batters. Warren has given the Yankees a chance to relax when it comes to middle relief.

Even better? Warren is a part of a bullpen for the Yankees that has been incredibly impressive. Check out their bullpen ERA so far this season.

Although the starting pitching has been picking up, having a solid bullpen behind them might be just what the Yankees need moving forward this season.

Of course, there is no news without Brett Gardner. Gardner proved today that he actually does deserve that Gold Glove he won last year, contrary to popular belief.

Okay, Gardner, we all see you. In the bottom of the second, Gardner made this stellar catch to rob a two-run double and potentially save CC Sabathia from falling apart.
