Watch 16-year-old hockey players brawl and even swap punches with the officials during the Czech Republic’s youth Easter Cup 2017.

When did Easter become so violent?

In quite possibly the most incorrect naming of a tournament of all-time, the Easter Cup 2017 showcased some of the craziest highlights in hockey history.

Check out the video above. In a bronze medal game between two Czech Republic U16 teams (yes, that means these are 16-year-old kids), a complete brawl broke out after the game.

In the end, Belarus’ HC Brest lost to Slovakia’s 11 Kosice, but the losing team didn’t appreciate the way the officials called the game. At one point, a couple of kids actually attacked a referee who had no choice put to start throwing haymakers right back at them.

The video was shown by Bill Pidto after the New York Rangers 4-3 OT loss to the Montreal Canadiens in game two of the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
