Spring training camp is under way for the New York Yankees and Gary Sanchez has wasted no time in showing off his super human power.

Baseball is back for New York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez, who reported to camp on Tuesday and has wasted no time since then showing off his remarkable strength.

During a batting practice session, Sanchez clobbered a ball that hit the scoreboard at George M. Steinbrenner Field, leaving the spectators having no choice but to give Gary a round of applause in amazement.

The expectations are ridiculously high for the Dominican-born star in 2017 following his historic 2016 campaign, where he solidified himself as the Yankees everyday catcher prompting the trade of Brian McCann.

In 2016, Sanchez finished the year with a .299/.376/.657 slash line with 20 home runs in just 53 games, absolutely astonishing to say the least.

Hopefully, Sanchez can show off this unbelievable raw power once again in the Bronx for 2017 and help the Yankees compete for a playoff spot.
