Tom Brady is so great that president Donald Trump will go entirely out of his way to let you know they’re friends.

So, of course, Donald Trump was among the first to tweet his congratulations to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots after they defeated the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI to win their fifth championship.

Love ’em or otherwise, Brady again proved he’s just better than anything or one you grew up watching. He led the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history (the Pats trailed by 25), set Super Bowl records in yards (466), attempts (62) and completions (43), and became the league’s only four-time Super Bowl MVP.

He’s also solidified his GOAT-standing, according to some who know a thing or two about GOATness — like LeBron James.

Comedian Stephen Colbert had a unique take on Brady, but if you’re counting, he absolutely did acknowledge his GOATitude.

Perhaps the most satisfying accomplishment of them all, Brady and the Patriots made NFL commissioner Rodger Goodell kiss the ring. In front of 70,000+ at NRG Stadium in Houston, TX. and over 111 million viewers watching at home.
