Knicks point guard Brandon Jennings was just tweeting what the rest of the league was thinking about the Kyle Korver to the Cavs trade.

The fix is in.

At least that’s what New York Knicks point guard Brandon Jennings implied in a tweet after the Atlanta Hawks reportedly agreed to trade Kyle Korver, one of the league’s all-time great shooters, to LeBron James‘ Cleveland Cavaliers.

Jennings has a strong personality. He’s open on Twitter with his opinions on topics like his on-court performance and the team’s struggles. Now he’s opened his views to a wider audience.

The thought of a conspiracy theory in the NBA is wild, but the Hawks essentially handed Korver over to the league’s best player/team for nothing.

Seriously, Mike Dunleavy Jr. and a first round pick in 2019? In case you haven’t been following the Cavs, the 36-year-old has appeared in just 23 of their games and logged a total of 366 minutes. That’s good for 15.9 minutes per game.

Not that this is a basketball move, but Dunleavy Jr. has become strictly a three-point shooter at his advanced age. Sixty-three percent of his FGA have been from beyond the arc.

Jennings was just tweeting what we’re all thinking. It’s like they’re giving LeBron another title.

In 35 games, Jennings averages 24.0 minutes, 8.2 points, 5.3 assists, 2.7 rebounds, and 0.9 steals on a slash line of .380/.310/.781.
