Rockets’ Dekker Dribbles Ball Off His Face (Video)

While playing the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, Houston Rockets youngster Sam Dekker dribbled the ball off his face.

Houston Rockets’ Sam Dekker is off to a rough start at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night with his team in Manhattan taking on the New York Knicks.

The second-year forward out of the University of Wisconsin got whacked by Carmelo Anthony on a layup attempt before embarrassing himself on this particular fastbreak. After a Melo miss, the ball found its way to Dekker who had all the open court eyes can see. Unfortunately, the dreaded invisible court monster got him (video above).

Dekker appeared in just three games in 2015-16 and played all of six minutes but has started to crack the rotation in new head coach Mike D’Antoni‘s offense.

Unfortunately for Dekker, the NBA watchers are always alive on Twitter. He won’t live this one down for a long time. Just ask Kevin Love.
