Rose came close to a reunion with his former Chicago Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau in Minnesota at the trade deadline when he was nearly swapped for Ricky Rubio.

The Knicks are still interested in Rubio, and it’s not a surprise that Thibs is interested in bringing his former MVP floor general to run the show.
