Kassius Ohno makes his WWE return after four-year absence

For the first time since 2013, Kassius Ohno was in a WWE ring – and boy did he make an impact!

Kassius Ohno made his World Wrestling Entertainment return last night on NXT, saving No Way Jose from a post match assault by NXT champion Bobby Roode. Ohno made it clear, he’s gunning for Roode’s title.

Ohno (also known as Chris Hero on the indie scene) is a fantastic wrestler. His previous stint with the company ended in 2013, but WWE had maintained they’d revisit re-signing him at some point. Ohno has wrestled previously in ROH, PWG, TNA, and CZW.

Throughout various promotions, Ohno has wrestled names such as Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, AJ Styles, Kenny Omega and Akira Tozawa. Ohno was also one of the people who trained Lince Dorado of the cruiserweight division.

If anyone questioned whether or not fans were excited for Ohno’s return, the ovation he received from the Full Sail University crowd provided an emphatic answer.
