New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was recently caught napping during the Pats’ bye week. The 64 year has earned a nap or two.
New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was spotted looking a tad … deflated, shall we say.
The 64-year-old was seen napping on a ferry during the Patriot’s bye week. Given the success of the legendary head coach, he was probably preparing for the Divisional Playoffs all week, anyways.
On the other hand, could you imagine if the Pats actually found a way to lose to the Houston Texans? The Brock Osweiler led Texans?!
Belichick could join a group consisting of Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson along with the now infamous New York Giants receiving core for a little too much leisure time before a playoff game.
If we’re being realistic, though, that laptop in front of Belichick probably has some sort of football-related preparation on it. It’s easy to see the likes of a young Romo, Beckham Jr., Victor Cruz, Sterling Shepard, etc., partying all night. However, that lifestyle probably doesn’t fit Belichick’s agenda.
If the Pats somehow are upset by the Texans next week, the “caught napping” headlines that are sure to follow would make for a rather comedic Monday morning.
