Eli Manning is a little unhappy that some of his New York Giants teammates partied in Miami after last week’s game. Actually, he’s not upset at all.

New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning said on Tuesday that he’s a little disappointed that some of his teammates went on a trip to Miami.

After the Giants beat the Washington Redskins on Sunday wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr., Victor Cruz, Sterling Shepard, and Roger Lewis flew to Miami and partied with Justin Bieber. While in Miami, they partied shirtless on a yacht and in a nightclub.

Manning told Jordan Raanan of ESPN that he was disappointed that his teammates went to Miami because they didn’t pack the right stuff.

“As a team we kind of always pride ourselves on being well prepared, so when I saw some of those pictures, I was a little disappointed because obviously they didn’t pack accordingly. They didn’t have any shirts, all long pants, no shorts, no flip flops or anything,” he said. So I was disappointed in their packing and not being prepared for that situation.”

The quarterback also said that he thought they were a little low on vitamin D and wanted to get some sunshine. He then joked that he was the guy that took the picture.

“I was telling people I’m the one who took the picture,” he joked. “They just wouldn’t let me in with my shirt off.”

Giants coach Ben McAdoo didn’t have a problem with the players taking the trip, saying that the players are off and aren’t working.

The Giants play the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Wild Card game on Sunday. Let’s hope that the partying doesn’t hurt their preparation for the game.
