Before going for the sweep against the Blue Jays, New York Yankees‘ youngsters took to MLB Network for a segment on ‘MLB Central.’
If you couldn’t get enough of the “Baby Bombers,” maybe this segment will do the trick.
On Wednesday afternoon, just one day after the New York Yankees‘ dramatic 7-6 win over the Toronto Blue Jays, the MLB Central crew invited Aaron Judge, Ben Heller, Greg Bird, Gary Sanchez, Luis Severino, Tyler Austin and Rob Refsnyder to take part in a youthful segment.
Unless you live under a rock, you should be well aware that an incredible youth movement made it’s way through the Yankees’ organization and somehow sparked a 20-13 record since selling their greatest assets at the trade deadline.
Therefore, it’s no surprise the whole baseball world will wants to know their secret.
MLB Network analyst and former major leaguer, Mark Derosa, went over stances, mechanics, played some games, and even had Judge draw a picture of third baseman Chase Headley. Just priceless.
These kids clearly have not only the talent to succeed in the majors, but the personality to appeal to fans everywhere.
