New York Rangers Celebrate Anniversary With An Odd Gift
Adam Hunger-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Rangers are a classy club, which is why the gift that they sent their alumni to celebrate the team’s 90th anniversary is odd.

As you probably know by now, the New York Rangers will celebrate their 90th anniversary this upcoming season.

As a very kind gesture, the hockey club decided to send along gifts to the organization’s alumni to show their appreciation.

So what better to thank your former players than with a…travel kit?

Aren’t there cooler gifts that could be given to alumnus of what is a very classy organization? Perhaps a plaque would have been nice?

Heck, an itunes gift card would have been more useful. But a travel kit? I probably have a couple travel kits in by closet that I’ve never touched.

Anyway, happy 90th anniversary Rangers.
