New York Knicks phenom Kristaps Porzingis receives a standing ovation from his former club Sevilla in Europe.
Project? While that was the prevailing thought coming into year one, New York Knicks phenom Kristaps Porzingis quickly dismissed any talk of his with his stellar rookie campaign.
It was so stellar, in fact, that he finished second to Karl-Anthony Towns in the NBA’s Rookie of the Year race.
His celebrity is only growing. As far as Europe is concerned, forget about it. The guy is already a legend.
More evidence of this came recently with Porzingis out of the states.
KP received a standing ovation while visiting his former club Sevilla in Spain (video above).
Knicks fans can hardly wait to see what 2016-17 has in store for Porzingis. A more humble, head-on-straight sort of kid simply couldn’t be imagined.
