New York Knicks

Leave it up to the “New York Daily News” to come up with a classic in welcoming Jeff Hornacek, the new HC of the New York Knicks.

Hey, at least it’s not Kurt Rambis.

If it did turn out to be Rambis, Phil Jackson and the powers that be who run the New York Knicks would’ve needed to take cover in the nearest bunker.

But alas, it’s not.

Instead, it’s former Utah Jazz great and Phoenix Suns head coach Jeff Hornacek who will become the next head coach of the Knickerbockers.

Once learning that, the next issue revolves around how he’ll be welcomed to the city. The New York Daily News, of course, came to the party with their own classic version.

“Do I make you horny, baby?” is what the Big Apple will be glaring at tomorrow morning as they walk swiftly past newsstands.

What will the Post do?
