New Jersey Devils vs. Minnesota Wild: Preview, Tweets, News

Still without starting goaltender Cory Schneider, the New Jersey Devils will welcome in the Minnesota Wild to The Rock.

  • New Jersey Devils (33-30-7)
  • Minnesota Wild (32-27-11)
  • NHL, Today, 7:00 PM on FSN, MSG, Full Preview
  • Prudential Center, Newark, New Jersey

For the New Jersey Devils at the Prudential Center on Thursday night, only one thing comes to mind.

This one thing is the sad truth that hosting the Minnesota Wild is nothing more than a little St. Patrick’s Day fun.

While technically not eliminated from playoff contention yet, New Jersey’s 33-30-7 record all but assures them an early tee-time this spring.

On the other hand, the Wild are coming down the stretch of an exciting race for the final wild card spot in the Western Conference. They currently trail the Colorado Avalanche by a single point with one game in hand.

First puck drops at 7 PM ET from Jersey.
