The godfather-like talk show host gets caught contradicting himself. Don’t ever tell Mike Francesa he’s wrong, though.
Mike’s on, but he’s not exactly ready to go.
The long time sports radio host recently gave his opinion regarding Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis. After one of his callers put him on the spot about comments he made over Lewis’s job security, Mike got rather defensive. The caller, however, had a point.

Well, what else is there to say about that?
Francesa has been in the sports media industry for decades, so it comes as no surprise that he tried to condescend the guy who rightfully called him out on his comments.
Let’s be honest: people make mistakes. However, it would be nice if Mike would own up to said mistakes and apologize to the caller.
Let’s also be realistic for a minute: Asking the Don Vito of New York sports to apologize to a random caller? Probably not going to happen.
