Though it hasn’t been the start the New York Jets were looking for, this Ryan Fitzpatrick to Brandon Marshall strike gets them on the board.

If you’re a fan of the New York Jets, you are currently not in a laughing mood. In typical Jet-like fashion the Jets have allowed Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills to dominate the line of scrimmage and the game in the first half.

Tyrod Taylor and the Bills lead 16-7 at halftime.

The only positive coming from the first half came off the right arm of Ryan Fitzpatrick into the hands of Brandon Marshall (video above). This 17-yard touchdown strike on the post pattern has been New York’s only points of the day.

The conditions are windy and it’s been Todd Bowles’s squad, not Ryan’s, who’s made all the mistakes thus far.

If the Jets want to be tournament-bound they’ll have to come out in the second half firing on all cylinders.
