New York Islanders

Get out your piggybanks, because we’ve got 7 deals to make your mouth drop. (Hint: if you were expecting anything less than some Oleg Kvasha, Josh Bailey, Brian Strait, and
Fishermen, you’ve come to the wrong place.)

If you happened to be lucky enough to end up on Santa’s nice list this year, you should probably do some research on things to request when he and his elves come to your house. If you got on his naughty side however, and can’t find things to pack your Christmas stuffings with, we’ve got some suggestions for you.

Since you’re clearly an avid New York Islanders fan, you’ll only accept the best quality and merchandise (this means no AliExpress this holiday season). Note: we were not commissioned by EBay to do this.

Rick DiPietro Home Authentic Reebok Jersey — $159.99

Seller “HockeyJerseyOutlet” wants you to own an authentic jersey of one of the games greatest goaltenders — and at a bargain price as well.

Rick DiPietro, typically regarded as one of the best netminders in not only franchise history, but league history as well, was signed to a bargain contract (see what we did there) back in the day, and would love to see you support him at a bargain price.

Kirk Muller Christmas Tree Ornament — $8.93

As Isles EBay pointed out, you’ll be taking a risk with this one — it may never show up.

We’ll mostly be speaking about things to fill your stuffings — but this one can be yours, and it only costs 893 pennies. C’mon, man. We know that his face would look good on your tree.

Johnny Boychuk Signed Fisherman Jersey — $499.99

When they tell you that this autographed vintage jersey is rare, they really mean it. Boychuk didn’t even play for the Isles until 30 years after the Fisherman jerseys were a thing.

But now that you can get Johnny Rocket’s name on one of the league’s greatest looking uniforms ever, you might as well pounce at the opportunity. You can’t beat the price either, or at least that’s what EBay would like you to believe.

Oleg Kvasha World Cup of Hockey Jersey — $399.99

Oleg freaking Kvasha. Kvasha was blatantly worth Olli Jokinen and Roberto Luongo when he came to New York in a trade (thanks, Mike Milbury. We even have a piece of memorabilia honoring your excellence). It’s not like Jokinen and Luongo went onto be All Stars or something.

But seriously, who wouldn’t want to stare at the back of a jersey that reads, in huge letters, “OLEG KVASHA.”

Radek Martinek Game Worn Stadium Series Jersey — $900.00

Jeez, talk about a bargain. Martinek was a legend, the GOAT.

Currently residing on Long Island (or that’s the rumor, at least), you can show up to Martinek’s house in his own jersey. How cool would that be?

Brian Strait Rookie Card — $59.99

Almost as popular as Josh Bailey’s rookie card (although we didn’t even bother to put it on the lost because everyone owns one), Strait’s Penguins rookie card is a real tribute to one of the premier defensemen in the league.

There are few dmen with as much lockdown prowess and on-ice acumen as the skilled fan-fave. Now you can own his rookie card.

Mike Milbury Game-Used Patch — $110.95

Sale! Sale!

The league’s most outstanding general manager multiple seasons in a row only traded away defensemen Zdeno Chara, Wade Redden, Bryan Berard, Eric Brewer, Darius Kasparaitis, and Bryan McCabe; goaltenders Roberto Luongo and Tommy Salo; as well as forwards Olli Jokinen, Todd Bertuzzi, Tim Connolly, and Raffi Torres.

Not too shabby.
